1. How does the STOPzilla Affiliate Program work?
The STOPzilla Affiliate Program is a way for you to make money while providing your Web site visitors with added value. The STOPzilla Affiliate Program pays you each and every time you refer a new STOPzilla subscriber from your site. As an Affiliate, you can also earn cash by linking to our Web site and generating sales. STOPzilla takes care of the order processing, customer service and reporting. You just collect the monthly checks.

2. Why Should I Join?
Becoming an affiliate of STOPzilla is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. As our partner, you will be providing your regular users with an award-winning Internet service. Now ask yourself, "Why shouldn't I join?"

3. How much will I earn?
Any traffic coming to STOPzilla from your Web site will earn you at least a 35% commission on net sales. Higher Commissions are available for affiliates reaching certain sales milestones.

4. How much does it cost to become a STOPzilla Affiliate?
Nothing! There are no membership or application fees. How much you earn depends on how many sales you refer.

5. Does my Web site qualify for the STOPzilla Affiliate Program?
Anyone can apply to the STOPzilla Affiliate Program. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any site that does not meet our content criteria. We will not accept Websites that:

• Promote unlawful activities
• Promote discrimination based on age, disability, nationality, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation
• Contain content that is fraudulent, harassing, obscene, threatening, promotes violence or pornography or are otherwise potentially offensive

6. Do I need to have a Web site to be a STOPzilla Affiliate?
No! You can refer visitors to our site with e-mails, newsletters, or whatever means are available to you that meet our criteria.

7. How can I promote STOPzilla?
STOPzilla will provide banners, buttons and text links that you can use on your site. Promotions will be offered and updated frequently to encourage click-throughs and new sales. In addition to your Web site, we recommend that you promote through an opt-in mailing list or a newsletter. Under no circumstances will unsolicited e-mails (spamming) be tolerated.

9. When are payments made to me?
Payments are made to you 30 days after a month's accrual. That is, if you accrued $100 in January, you will be paid on or about March 1.

10. Why have I not been paid?
If you did not meet the minimum commissions of $25 in any given month, you will not receive a commission check for that month. Other reasons you may not have been paid are: 30 days have yet to pass since your commissions were accrued; you have not earned any commissions; or your sales are under investigation for fraud. Please contact us with any questions or concerns with regard to payment.

15. How does STOPzilla track sales referred from my Web site?
STOPzilla uses cookies to track traffic and sales referred from your web site. Cookies will be set for 45 days allowing you to profit from STOPzilla sales that had recently visited your web site.

16. Does the STOPzilla program offer reporting tools for Affiliates?
Yes, we offer complete reporting tools through Commission Junction. Commission Junction gives you a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number of STOPzilla orders, total revenue generated and much more.

17. How will you know that clicks and orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier. Every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a qualifying click or order is made.

18. Who processes the STOPzilla orders?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!
