First, make sure that you are running the latest definitions of STOPzilla. Right-click on the
SZ System tray icon in the lower right corner of your screen. From the main menu, select Tools. From the
Tools menu, select
Check for UPDATES. If you do not have the latest updates, STOPzilla will prompt you to download them. Select
YES. If the problem persists, even with the new updates,
contact us and we will have the problem fixed very quickly.
