When you purchased STOPzilla, you bought a one-year (or Lifetime Upgrade) subscription for one computer (or more, if you purchased a bulk license.) STOPzilla will allow you to register only as many copies as you have purchased.
If you have removed STOPzilla and need to reinstall it, purchased a new computer, or had your old computer reformatted, you will need to have your account reset. Please
click here to send an e-mail to Customer Support. Indicate in your e-mail that you have reached your registration limit. Your account will be reset immediately.
