Got correct details on my purchase of stopzilla

I was pleased how Tara helped me get the answers I needed about my purchase of Stopzilla. I had been misinformed by a local computer tech and another reseller of Stopzilla internet security. They tried to sell me something I found out I already had and then perform the same service iS3 provided for $25.00 at 4x's the cost. I haven't had the chance to use my computer yet, since the repair, but I believe I will be very satisfied. And finally I know what I have for anitvirus and antimalware security and will not be able to be taken advantage of again. Wow that is good! Thanks

I had an unauthorized charge on my account. My bank statement said stopzilla and there phone number. I called and they answered with stopzilla. I spoke with Mike. When I told him why I was calling he quickly said "you have the wrong number and then hung up on me" I then called back Mike answered again. I explained to him once again what had happened. He told me again I had the wrong number. I explained that I got the number from my bank and if I had the wrong number why do they answer the phone saying stopzilla. I also asked him why he was rude and hung up on me. He just start to yell.

Helping a Senior with Computer issues.

Thank to Ms. Tara, I now have a better understanding of my Stopzilla Products, and my computer. She has gone above and beyond the Call of Duty in explaining that no matter what computer one has it will always need a maintenance tune-up. I really appreciate her attention to detail, and her ability to calm one down from computer anxiety. Thanks again Ms. Tara

My husband's laptop died and we got a new one. My activation key for three machines would not work as I had three used and thought I only had only used two. Tara was very patient and pleasant; she helped me to sort all of this out and her knowledge was invaluable. She got the dead laptop off of my available keys keeping only the two we are currently using active, leaving one key open for any future needs. She helped me to add to my subscription time, too, so I would not have to worry about it. She also gave me her extension number if I had any further questions. She is truly amazing!

Best protection for my money!

This is my third year using Stopzilla Anti-Virus product. It is the best anti-virus protection I have ever used. I highly recommend this product to anyone. It is also the only anti-virus made right here in the USA. Support is outstanding! I talk to a live person that I can understand.

Top quality customer service

I had a bit of heartburn when the bill came in and wanted to cancel the lifetime service I had signed up for. The customer service rep was most helpful and polite, to the extent I decided to reconsider. I checked out the online ratings with BBB and they were uniformly highly positive. She told me the service would continue if I bought a new computer. She answered all my questions politely and completely. She and the other ratings sold me on keeping the lifetime service.

Saved my PC

I'm a lifetime subscriber, for two very good reasons. One -- Stopzilla is a comprehensive, accurate, /thorough/ antivirus MACHINE. Two -- this awesome utility saved my computer from a very pervasive and destructive virus (not to mention: yucky! pirated my browser to some very 'questionable' sites. :( ). Nothing else would touch that virus, others like a certain Windows product and another one that starts with an A, wouldn't even recognize that anything bad was on the computer! Stopzilla saved the day, and I've been a dedicated user ever since. Thanks for a GREAT product!

A great product, not just for the US. I am in the UK and have had Stopzilla for a bit over three years. With Stopzilla you feel safe and have total confidence in the protection it gives.

SZ is the best deep scanner and capturer. Long ago I had a really bad keylogger and redirect virus. I tried McGaffe, Panda, AVG,Spybot, MS Essentials and others I don't recall. Now I run SZ and WinUtilities together with great results. Thank you!

I contracted the Win 7 Total Security virus, to the point that I couldn't boot up my computer. I was getting Blue Screens. I was able to boot into the Safe Mode. I tried the anti virus program I subscribed to and tried a free trial of another popular product. None of them had any positive affect. I tried STOPzilla 2013 and it cleaned house. It claimed to have found and cleaned about 1080 virus'. I am up and running now and I just wanted to tell you your product is fantastic!

Many thanks. There I was with IE browser claiming no add-ons activated and every time I went to a bank website it said go to Mozilla. That browser claimed I had to enter all my credit card data in. (Turns out the IP was going to somewhere in Russia). Two scans with STOPzilla and a reboot of the computer, I am back to normal and my credit card information was safe. Excellent product!!

I think you guys saved me about $1,000 today. ESET32NOD my current antivirus program which I've used for a few years and respect, identified a severe threat malware, Sirefef.FB but could not clean it. My little Toshiba laptop is about 6 years old and only had about 30G available and I was planning to buy another laptop today, Sunday. Desperately I did some Google searches and found STOPzilla on the web, checked out some reviews and downloaded it to my laptop. Five hours later, STOPzilla found 10 infections, 7 of them severe, so I decided to purchase your software to fix my problem and not replace my computer. Additionally at the beginning of the scan, STOPzilla freed-up 40 extra G of disk space.

I will just say that I have never had support like I have had from the Techs at STOPzilla. I have received the best possible care from all the Techs I spoke with. They never gave up on me or my computer, and went, an extra mile in order to solve my concerns and issues. They were patient and thorough in everything they did.
